Glimmr is a photo uploader for the Flickr web service, written in Mono/Gtk#.
As an uploader, Glimmr is responsible for editing photo metadata (such as the Title and Description), and uploading photos to Flickr.
Glimmr is written in C#/Mono, an Open Source implementation of the .NET platform, and for the GNOME Desktop
Requirements
This application requires GTK+ version 2.2.x.
Other dependencies include:

Looks like we needed one last bugfix release in the 0.5 series.
- make install fix for the .schema file
- embed resources and access them correctly (eg the glade file)
In addition, there are a couple of new features
- Added icons to most of the menus, including the context menu
- Reworked the Preferences UI (removing Apply/Cancel/OK in favour of Close)
- Drag/Drop folders
